HEITS began in 1992 as a commercial cleaning business in Northern New Jersey. The privately-owned company is recognized as a model provider of customized interior and exterior building maintenance and professional support services. HEITS is in the process of expanding nationwide.
Development of closely-monitored franchise operations includes comprehensive ongoing training and the use of PDA devices for on-site inspections. Strict adherence to HEITS quality control has fostered continuing expansion of a strong customer base into select markets.
In response to growing recognition of HEITS marketplace leadership, management emphasis has focused on the establishment of industry standards for integrity and high quality service.
