Gail Reynolds is a native North Carolinian and a resident of Durham for 27 years. Since graduating from UNC - Chapel Hill in 1979, Ms. Reynolds has had three distinct career paths. Her 6 years as a Medical Research Technician utilized her strengths of organization, precision, and attention to detail. Then followed many years as a full-time mother and community/church volunteer, managing and overseeing projects, coordinating volunteers, fundraising, and publishing newsletters. Until recently, she worked as a church administrator. In February 2009, she and her husband, Hunter Gentry, began searching for a career path where they could work together. They investigated several models before deciding to join the Heits team. They were impressed with the Heits system and commitment to excellence and personalized customer service.

Hunter Gentry is a native of Greenville, South Carolina via El Paso, Texas, where his father was in the Army. Since graduating from Clemson University in 1985, Mr. Gentry has spent his entire career in sales. And at each different position, distinguished himself: PSE - 1988 Rookie of the Year; Berlin Packaging - 1993 Salesperson of the Year; TricorBraun - 2004 President's Club. These awards are given to the individual that exceeds the goals and objectives established by management for effectiveness in marketing the company's products and services, sales productivity and profitability, and customer service.
