| NEW HEADQUARTERS FOR HEITS BUILDING SERVICES INC. |

Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. 01/02/2004 - Heits Building Services Inc., today announced that due to increased demand for services and facilities Heits Building Services Inc., will be moving to new corporate offices.
Although the new corporate offices are less than a mile from the original headquarters, it will allow complete development and operation of a 24-hour call center for customers and franchisees - a vision since of David Heitner’s - Heits Building Services Inc, President. Heitner also stated that he has plans to expand its Training Center and Central Administrative Services for Franchisees at the new location.
