HEITS offers two MAINTENANCE service levels to meet your cleaning and maintenance needs; PLATINUM Maintenance Service and GOLD Maintenance Service.
Our PLATINUM Service level provides a more in-depth service for the more discriminating maintenance needs.
Our GOLD Service includes many "extras" as standard elements, which other contractors will charge additional fees for or require special scheduling.

We pay special attention to areas that can escape the attention of other cleaning contractors. STONE CARE INTENSIVE - We maintain stone surfaces on a daily basis with environmentally preferred products that preserve the integrity of the stone surface.
Our STONE CARE INTENSIVE services are recommended periodically to restore surfaces affected by daily traffic, wear, and tear.
- MARBLE - Services include diamond grinding/honing; stripping or scrubbing/conditioning; wet stone polishing, crystallization spray-buff restorer; and two-step stone rejunvenator.
- GRANITE - Services include diamond grinding/honing; stripping or scrubbing/conditioning; wet stone polishing; and two-step stone rejuvenator.
- LIMESTONE - Services include: diamond grinding/honing; stripping; scrubbing and conditioning; crystallization spray-buff restorer.

Target Area: RESTROOMS
Restrooms say a lot about your venue and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Your customers appreciate a restroom that is clean, orderly, well-stocked, and odor-free.
GENERAL CLEAN - We use color-coded microfiber rags to eliminate cross contamination and capture dirt, grime, and micro-organisms. Using a Green Seal certified hydrogen peroxide-based multi-purpose cleaner, we deliver a safer way to clean for your visitors. These environmentally preferred cleaners extend the life of a facility as they are safer for all surfaces.
FLOOR CLEAN - Restroom flooring is treated with a germicidal cleaner to eliminate odor-producing bacteria. Floor surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine.
STALL CLEAN - Special attention is paid to cleaning tile walls and toilet partitions with a germicical cleaner. These are areas that can be inadvertently splashed with a flushing toilet, and can then harbor bacteria and create odors. Sinks, toilets and urinals are disinfected, as well as sanitary napkin dispensers.
ODOR CONTROL - We use a bio-enzymatic urine digester that is a bio-active formulation which breaks down and digests organic stains and odors. Green Seal certified OXY-Force All-Purpose Cleaner is hydrogen peroxide-based and naturally cleans and deodorizes surfaces.
PAPER PRODUCTS - We re-stock paper and soap products and monitor the usage, alerting you to the need for re-ordering.

RESTROOM TILE AND GROUT - Includes deep cleaning and scrubbing to remove dirt and odors. Grout stain remover brings back the original color and brightness of grout. Special sealer protects surface from staining and build-up of odors.

- Strip and seal
- Scrub and recoat
- Spray-buff/high-speed burnish
- Machine scrub of hard flooring

Target Area: DRESSING ROOMS
Individual dressing rooms are cleaned and vacuumed on a regular basis. If carpeted, we spot clean as needed to keep the area clean and inviting. Our cleaning products leave the area fresh-smelling.
